Your participation guide

From registration
to real-world impact.

  1. Register your institution

Use the online MCMV registration form and select your thematic track, or contact Minds in Motion Foundation for help. Campaign participation is free.

  2. Nominate your coordinators

Appoint one campaign coordinator. Designate a confidential teacher contact for the anti-addiction track, including a woman teacher as specified in the handbook.

  3. Form your teams

Each team has 4–8 students, one faculty mentor, and one chosen track. Teams may be single-class or mixed-age; institutions may field teams in all three tracks.

  4. Receive your campaign kit

Registered institutions receive posters, activity guides, pledge material, and reporting formats at no cost.

  5. Plan, act, and document

Follow your track’s project structure through October and November. Keep a record of your methods, activities, and impact.

  6. Submit your dossier

Submit completed work by the end of November using the prescribed format provided by the organisers.

  7. Bring your work to the Expo

Selected teams present at Education Expo 2026, 13–20 December. Campaign project galleries and student panels are scheduled for 16–17 December.
